See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil.

The monkeys are depicted in the Japanese folk religion the Kōshin influenced by Chinese Taoism and ancient Shinto origins. This is particularly relevant as celebrations begin for this Chinese New Year; the year of the Monkey.
The name is also shared with the classic 1989 comedy featuring Richard Pryor (see no evil) and Gene Wilder (hear no evil). One of Andrew and Mary's favorite films!
